Dr David Siemens International Chiropractor
Fuelled by a passion that anything is possible and a perfectionist, intuitive approach , Dr David Siemens, affectionately known as Dr Dave, achieves chiropractic results that have rarely been equalled in the industry. He is the only animal chiropractor in the Uk to have a Lifetime Award for Services to Animal Chiropractic. However, on meeting him, with his humble yet brilliant, skills he presents as a person who simply lives to help others feel better.
Dr. Dave is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic 1974 . Working with Olympic athletes to family pets, international performance horses to farm pigs. In 1988 he served as a ski team chiropractor at the Winter Olympics in Canada before focusing on mainly treating animals.
He has a keen desire to educate and help people and their animals stay healthy and operate at their peek performance. He has lectured all over the world about horse and dog anatomy, gait analysis and chiropractic care. He taught animal chiropractic to vets and chiropractors at both Options for Animals Chiropractic College USA and Parker College of Chiropractic from 1988 until 2009.
His desire to ensure that animal chiropractic continued to evolve and assist the lives of animals lead him to become one of the founding members of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, an organisation still in existence today.
Dr Dave often takes both human and animal referrals from fellow Chiropractors and vets who are concerned that they are not making the improvements they would like. He is usually able to assist by rectifying the underlying cause of an issue so the regular practitioner can continue their work.
Dr Dave moved from Colorado to live in North Devon sharing his life with his wife and their 3 dogs, 4 horses and a variety of other animals. He enjoys hacking his horses around the countryside without a saddle and walking his dogs in the Devon rain having spend many years in the high desert of Colorado.
